• Does anyone know how to put a Versamax PLC program into the EZ Program Store device?
GFK-1811D makes it appear as though Proficy Machine Edition can program an EZ Program Store device as though it is a separate cpu.
    I'm using PME 8.6

  • I do see that there are below columns which does not exists anymore in PA 6.2
     - Original_Product
     - Applied_Product
     - Event_Status
     - TimeStamp

However, as per the PA help file, these columns are part of Resultset 10. Is there any change in rsultset 10 after PA 6.0 + and the details are not updated in help file or still the old resultset is correct? If thats the case then what about the missing columns.

It doesn't matter which user you used to log in to the server. Check the Cimplicity user you logged in on the cimplicity project (you can check this in the loginpanel) and verify that this user has the right permissions...

  • When I activate my application the upper left and right corner is blurred and has a whitish spot – like if the monitor is bad. But is also shown on a remote screen – so it is not related to the physical monitor.

If I open a Windows Explorer and open the project folder – then the white spot disappears in the iFix….?!?
Has anybody ever seen such a thing?
There are no SIMs installed – and the local iFix-support suggests that I install SIMs – in general because they recommend it – but also to see if this fixes this issue.

I would prefer only to install SIMs that specifically targets my problem. Any suggestions?

  • Hi,
I have been developing my CimEdit screen in a resolution 1920x1080, I configured this resolution in the screen proprieties with “px” unit, but in the Cimview mode the Screen will not be displayed at maximum monitor size I have always to adjust manually the resolution.
I have also to develop displays with another resolution which will be implemented directly to the client site and I have no idea if it will be at the maximum monitor size or not.
Is there a script to adjust automatically the screen to the maximum monitor size without dealing with the screen resolution.

  • Trying to generate a report of alarms where the Endtime is greater than 24 hours past the Starttime.
Tried ((endtime - starttime) > 24h) .  Resulting query does not reflect that the equation works.

The whole query is : SELECT Source, Starttime, EndTime, FROM IHALARMS  where (alarmtype= "Alarms") and (starttime > '2/14/2016') and (starttime < '2/15/2016') and (Endtime > Starttime) and ((Endtime - Starttime) > 24h) ORDER BY alarmid

    Any Help appreciated!

  • For over a year now, our entire company has been utilizing the ProficySCADA app on our Android phones. All of our phones have been running "Lollipop" (Android version 5.0) and everything has worked great.

Recently our phones have begun receiving an OS update bumping them up to "Marshmallow" (Android version 6.0). Now when we attempt to connect, it immediately kicks back to the app's start screen (that shows the list of hosts). The app launches just fine. But we can no longer connect to any host. This only happens on the phones that have updated to Marshmallow. Phones still running Lollipop can still connect just fine.

My question is: are there plans on pushing out an update for the ProficySCADA app? Or is there a newer version of Webspace we need to be running?

Our current Webspace box is running 4.7, and iFix 5.8

Thanks for any help or feedback.
